These terms keep the public website and Neuma application rules simple: use authorized data, keep workspace access controlled, and treat generated intelligence as source-backed context for your organization.

Agreement

These Terms of Use govern access to the Neuma website, application, and related services. By using Neuma, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Service

Neuma provides a workspace for organizing company intelligence from authorized sources such as calls, files, and connected tools. Neuma may generate summaries, evidence links, and intelligence records from customer-provided content.

Accounts and authority

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for ensuring that users who connect sources, including Zoom, have the authority to share that data with the relevant Neuma workspace.

Customer data

You retain ownership of content you provide to Neuma. You grant Neuma the rights needed to host, process, display, analyze, secure, and support that content for your workspace.

If you connect Zoom or another third-party service, your use of that service remains subject to its own terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You may not use Neuma to violate law, infringe rights, access data without authorization, interfere with service security or availability, reverse engineer the service, or upload malicious content.

Availability and changes

Neuma may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep public policy, support, and contact pages available without login for marketplace review and customer reference.

Disclaimers

Neuma is provided as available and may include generated outputs that require review. You are responsible for deciding how to use outputs in your business, workflows, agents, and tools.

Termination

You may stop using Neuma at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when required for security, legal compliance, non-payment, or violations of these terms. Data deletion requests can be sent to support.
